| Abstract: | The sports and leisure club- the basic organization form of the mass sport in foreign countries was studied. The development status, the environment factors and the main types of such clubs in some countries were expounded. The organization structure of the clubs, the methods and the main characteristics of their management were analyzed for the purpose of providing reference for the management of clubs in China. |
