霍莉坤跳马踺子后手翻直体后空翻转体540°动作的运动学分析

为了发展女子跳马踺子后手翻接空翻转体类高难动作 ,运用运动学原理对霍莉坤跳马技术进行了诊断。结果表明 ,霍在助跑阶段 ,身体获得了较大的水平速度。在上板起跳和第一腾空阶段 ,由于推手与起跳快 ,身体翻转及时 ,腾越器械重心高处于马上最佳位置。在第二腾空阶段 ,霍借助一定的高度和水平速度快翻纵转 ,使该动作顺利完成。由分析中得知 ,霍在马上因推手技术不佳 ,导致她第二腾空高度不够。

Kinetic Analysis of Huo Li-kong's Horse Vaultin,Arab Spring Back Handspring Backward Somersaultbody Straight with 1.5 Twists Movement

We diagnosed Huo LI kong's horse vaulting skill by kinetic analysis, in order to develop a type of movement of femal horse vaulting arab spring back handspring connected with aerial body-turn in the article. The result showed that Huo's body attain big horizontal velocity in approach run. Athlete stand in most accurate place in horse, because of short hand release time and short take-off time. Body-turn in time and high center of body of vaulting apparatus in the phase of taking-off and first flight. Huo performed the movement successfully by means of special high center and relocity of body. From analysis, we can see that hou's bad hand release skill result in the after flight not high enough. Because horse vaulting skill is complicated, every skill segment can affect quality of the whole movement, even resulting in failure in developing high-value part, so improvement of every skill segment should not be ignored.
