| 摘 要： | 通过广泛阅读文献资料,针对当前体育学硕士研究生的培养现状,对生源质量、导师队伍以及硕士研究生的学习、生活等方面的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,旨在为我国体育学硕士研究生的培养提供理论素材,为我国体育事业培养优秀人才服务。

| Abstract: | By reading of various literatures,the author analyzed factors which affected the quality of sports and physical graduates,students' source,tutors and graduates' study and life.This paper also gave countermeasures related and provided some theories for cultivating graduates in this field for further service for educating excellent people in sports and physical education. |
