| 摘 要： | 从生态伦理视角反思城市建设是解决城市生态危机、保持城市经济可持续发展、创建城市和谐社会、构建市民幸福生活的需要。而政府是城市生态伦理建设的中心和主导;企业是城市生态伦理建设重点和关键;个体是城市生态伦理建设的主体和基础。在城市生态伦理建设过程中,要注意生态伦理建设和法律等其他文化建设的联系和区别,注意城市生态伦理建设的本土化问题。

| Abstract: | The 21 st century is a century of urbanization. It is necessary to reflect on city development from the aspect of eco-ethics, because it is necessary for solving urban environmental crisis, keeping sustainable urban economic development, building harmonious society and improving citizens＇ happiness. Among this process, the government should be the center and guider, entrepreneurs the focus and crux, while citizens should be the subjects and basis. While constructing city eco-ethics, we should remember the connection and difference between eco-ethics and other forms of culture and localize the ideas of eco-ethics. |
