| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和文献资料法对福建沿海农村老年人的体育生活的现状进行了调查研究,发现农村老年人健康状况和健康意识较差,体育参与的比例低,锻炼项目单调;影响老年人参与体育健身的主要因素有传统观念、体育场地设施匮乏、健身知识和运动技术缺乏、经济基础不足等。针对现状,提出对策。

| Abstract: | The article makes a study of senior citizens' sporting lives in Fuiian coastal areas by literature and questionnaire.It finds that these aged people are in poor health and have a weak consciousness of health.Low percentage of their participation in sports results from few sports items.What prevents the aged from participating in sports are as follows: traditional notion,inadequacy of sports field and equipment,lack of sports knowledge and skill and shortage of money.The article puts forward some suggestions so as to provide theory for promoting senior citizens' sporting lives. |
