| 摘 要： | 城乡教育统筹是城乡统筹的重要内容，解决城乡教育不均衡问题是实现城乡统筹的必然要求。重庆市作为城乡统筹改革实验区，实现城乡教育统筹，促进农村和城市教育事业的均衡发展，必须以科学发展观为指导。结合科学发展观为重庆城乡教育统筹寻求理论支持，从教育的起点、教育过程和教育的结果三环节分析城乡教育中存在的公平性问题。最后，基于科学发展观为实现重庆城乡教育统筹的路径进行初步探索并提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | Urban-rural educational comprehensive development is one of the most important parts of the urban-rural development. Promoted balanced development of urban-rural education is a necessary requirement for urban-rural development. Chongqing as the overall urban rural comprehensive matched reform experimental zone, must realize the urban-rural educational comprehensive development based on the scientific outlook on development. This article studies the theoretical supported for urban-rural educational development, and researches the problems of educational equity in the start, process and end. At last this article gives the policy suggestions of the preliminary exploration based on the scientific outlook on development. |
