| 摘 要： | 通过对“中国篮球城市”之一莆田市的篮球运动管理体制现状进行调查、分析。结果认为,篮球协会是“中国篮球城市”篮球项目的主要管理机构,应扩大城市篮球协会的权限和范围,设立专门机构和管理人员;加强政策、法规建设;理顺篮球管理体制的层次地位和结构关系;加强培育、发展和规范篮球市场;充分利用地方资源,加大场地设施的经费投入;建立评估激励机制,以保证篮球运动的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Through investigation and analysis on current condition of basketball management system in Putian,one of china basketball city,the author thought that basketball association was the main management institution of China basketball city.We should give more authority for city basketball association,establish specific institution and management staff,strengthen law and regulation construction,speed up and develop basketball market,fully use local resource,increase input on sports facility,establish evaluation and motivation system.The main purpose was to maintain sustainable development of basketball movement. |
