悬吊训练(S—E—T)在田径运动训练中的实验研究

摘    要:采用悬吊训练技术,对学生的核心力量和核心稳定性进行训练,结果表明:悬吊训练技术可以在较大程度上提高实验组学生的腹直肌、髂腰肌、竖脊肌、腰方肌和腹内、外斜肌等肌肉群及胸腰筋膜组成的核心区的力量和肌肉间的协调性,增强了实验组学生的核心稳定性,其中女生的各项成绩提高非常显著。

Abstract:The author of this paper uses the S-E-T to train students' core strength and stabilities. The experimental resuhs show that the S-E-T may tremendously develop every muscle's coordination and core strength of abdomen, low back, back and other muscle groups and core stability of the experimental group students, especially in all grades of girl students in the experimental group.
