| 摘 要： | 阐述了SLC500系列可编程控制器及其构成DH-485网络在生产线控制系统中的应用．DH-485网络可以监控过程参数、设计参数、设备状态、过程状态和应用程序，以支持数据采集、数据监控、程序上载／下载和监测控制．利用VB开发了一个工业计算机与PLC之间间串行通信的应用程序，使其整个网络下的控制器都能与上位机实现通讯．

| Abstract: | This paper was focused on the applications of SLC500 serials PLC and DH485 network in the auto latch line. DH485 network can monitor procedure parameter, devise parameter, equipment status, process status and application program in order to support data collection, data monitor, program upload/download and inspection control. Application program was been designed by VB and was used to achieve serial communication bwtween PLC and IPC, by which all controllers connected to DH485 network could be communicate with IPC. |
