| 摘 要： | CBA已经走入了它的第十个年头了,十年来共有200多名外籍球员曾在我们的赛场上拼杀,他们以其高超的技术,鲜明的特点为CBA的发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,更给人们留下了难以泯灭的印象,但同时,外援的引进也给联赛带来了许多负面的影响。本文通过对往届CBA联赛中外援和引援方式的研究,指出目前存在的问题并试提出合理的解决方法,望对我们今后CBA外援的引进和管理有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | CBA has ten years old. There are more than 200 foreign players in CBA league during the 10 years. One hand they developed CBA.On the other hand, they brought some bad influence. The article not only study on the foreign players of CBA and how to select them and show some problems sbout them, but also put forward view to solve them. The author hope that it can help draw up the policy about foreign players. |
