| Abstract: | After the disorganizing of USSR(the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic),the word came into post cold war times.However,the permanent peace witch peopl e expected hadn't emerged.The area conflicts never stopped.The terro rism ran rampant.Especially after "9.11" event and Iraq War,the world situa tion become more and more bewildering,but peace and development is the theme of the present time,though the numerous and complicated internatio nal situation,we can still see the restrictive factors increased day by day after entering the Post Cold War Times. |
