| 摘 要： | 论文提出了一种新的团队型采编技术服务组织结构.这种新的组织结构以管理学中的扁平化理论为基础,以学习性组织理论为人员培训机制,通过设计和实施基于"团队"的组织结构,希望能够改进工作流,减少目前存在的种种知识结构屏障,更加有效地完成采编技术部的各项任务来支持整个图书馆的运作和发展.

| Abstract: | This paper brings forward a new team-based acquisitions and cataloguing technique service organization structure.This new structure is based on the Flat organizations theory and takes the Study organization theory as the training mechanism.It designs and implements the team-based organization structure in order to improve on the work-flow,reduce the knowledge structure barrier and try to accomplish all tasks effectively to support the library development. |
