| 摘 要： | 高职院校教学管理水平决定着高职的教学水平和人才培养质量。通过转变教育教学管理理念,以人为本,提升教学管理人员的素质,全面实施"学分制",建立教学管理信息资源平台等手段,构建教学管理创新的基本框架。通过加强教学管理队伍建设,改革人才培养模式,创新课程资源配置方式,创新教学质量监控体系和教师资源配置方式等措施,可推进教学管理改革,促进高职院校人才培养质量的全面提高。

| Abstract: | Teaching level and quality of talents are decided by the teaching management in vocational colleges.To push forward teaching management innovation,we can change the ideas of teaching management,improve the quality of people who are in charge of teaching management,put the credit system into practice and provide teaching management information.To promote the quality of talents in vocational colleges,we can strengthen the teaching management workers,reform the model of training talents and innovate the distribution of course information,the teaching monitors system and the teaching resources. |
