稀土永磁同步电动机调速的研究

摘    要:本讨论稀土永磁同步电动机空载反电动势R的取值是电磁设计的关键所在.它关系列永磁同步电动机运行性能的效率和功率因数的大小,采用变压变频(VVVF)交流调遣系统,可以保持电源的频率f与电源的电压U以及与空载反电动势E0的对应关系,结合稀土永磁同步电动机的设计值和试验实测值。阐明变压变频(VVVF)交流调速系统是稀土永磁同步电动机的最佳调速方法。

Abstract:This paper discusses that the crucial place of electromagnetism design is what the synchronous motor weight empty of permanent magnetism turn over E0 of electromotive force take value, the size of the synchronous motor efficiency and power factor of permanent magnetism and the discussion variable voltage variable frenquency conversion of this paper (VVVF)the alternating system of speed adjustment the frequency f and voltage U that can maintain power source should concern in pairs, as well as the relation with idle E0 of electromotive force, the test actual measurement that combines the rare earth synchronous motor of permanent magnetism worths, expounds variable voltage variable frenquency conversion (VVVF ) to exchange the system of speed adjustment and is the best method of speed adjustment of the rare earth synchronous motor of permanent magnetism.
