大学生自我和谐与人际关系相关研究

采用人际关系综合诊断量表和自我和谐量表，对750名大学生进行调查。结果发现：（1）大学生的自我和谐与人际关系都处于中上水平。（2）大学生的自我和谐与人际关系有非常显著的正相关。（3）自我与经验的不和谐对交谈困扰、交友困扰、待人接物困扰、异性交往困扰有显著的正向预测作用；自我的灵活性对交谈困扰、交友困扰、待人接物困扰有显著的负向预测作用。（4）交友困扰、交谈困扰对自我与经验的不和谐有显著的正向预测作用；交谈困扰对自我的灵活性有显著的负向预测作用。

A Correlative Study on Self-consistency and Congruence and Interpersonal Disturbance of University Students
