师范生职业情感教育的实践探索

摘    要:通过开展课堂教学改革、组织学生阅读教育名著和参与教学实践等活动以培养师范生的情感交往能力与技巧,提高他们的职业认同感,让他们学会从平淡、平凡的教育教学工作中发现无限乐趣,既能享受职业活动的结果,更会享受活动的过程,最终成为一位幸福的教师。

Abstract:It is through classroom teaching reformation,classic education works reading organization and teaching practice participation or other actives to foster norm school students' emotional communication abilities and skills,which enhances these students' professional recogoniton,educating them to dig out joys and funs from their plain,ordinary teaching work,growing up into a happy teacher-enjoy not only the result but also the whole processes of professional activities.
