| Abstract: | Teacher is the critical factor that constraints the development of vocational education. In Australia, the typical features of constructing teacher group for vocational education are: aiming at high quality;to foster teachers for vocational education with multi-channels; to manage the teacher group for vocational education with competing and stimulating systems; to adopt flexible style to train the teacher for vocational education. |
