| 摘 要： | 根据《高职院校女生就业能力的调查》问卷的统计结果,对问卷中的五个方面,男女生调查结果统计数据的28个问题进行了比较分析,得出结论：就业困境中的高职院校女生自我认知度较低,更趋于保守,迫切需要就业指导。

| Abstract: | According to the ＂Questionnaire of the female＇s employment ability in the higher vocational college＂,the comparative analyses in the survey of 28 questions in 5 aspects come to a conclusion that female students in vocational colleges have lower self-awareness and are relatively conservative,and thus in urgent need of employment guidance. |
