| 摘 要： | 高校科研信息系统的设计和开发是高校科研信息化进程中的一项重大举措,但目前高校科研信息系统的建设大多处于刚刚起步阶段,在设计过程和实践过程中都遇到了一些问题。文章在对高校科研信息平台的发展现状进行分析和总结的基础上,提出了未来高校科研信息系统的设计方向。

| Abstract: | The design and development of information management system is a significant measure for improving the university scientific research management capacity. But the R&D is just at an initial stage and there are too many problems to be solved. After analyzing and summarizing the Present Status, this paper puts forward the future design directions of University Scientific Research Management System. |
