| Abstract: | In order to reduce the ration of our walking athletes＂ penalties for technical foul in great competitions, help them reply the referee＇s penalties better and make the referee has a good visual impact of athletes＂ skill, this paper takes the excellent female Russian walking athlete Ailina NiKoleava~ skill as a template, analyzing walking on single - cycle technique and forming single - cycle model of mechanics of walking to find the breakthrough point with a point of mechanics view and seek methods of improving skills and getting excellent achievements. |
