| 摘 要： | 网络的跨媒介传播，打破了传统业态间的束缚，贯通了传统文化产业价值链。网络与文化的结合诞生出一个具有巨大发展潜力的朝阳产业，这个产业就是网络文化产业。安徽省发展网络文化产业面临机遇和挑战；要更好地发展网络文化产业，需要解决好规划、人才、行业管理资源整合等问题。

| Abstract: | The network＇s cross medium dissemination has broken the tradition industry fetter and linked up the traditional cutture industry value chain. The network and the cultural union brought about a sunrise industry - the network culture industry. Anhui Province development of network culture industry is faced with opportunity and challenge. In order fo develop the network culture industry, Anhui Province needs to solve the questions such as plan, talented person, management resources conformity and so on. |
