| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化的发展，供应链管理已经成为联系上下游企业成功竞争的法则，而新兴的供应链质量管理（SCQM）对于提高整个链条上所有成员的竞争力有着重要的意义。从供应链管理的理论研究出发，系统地总结了目前关于产品或服务的质量、质量管理、供应链质量管理等的主要研究成果，最后提出了在理论和实践方面供应链等量管理领域未来可能的几个研究方向。

| Abstract: | Due to the integration of the global economy,supply chain management has become the rule of successful competition in the upstream and downstream firms.The newly Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) has great significance of improving the competition of all members of the whole supply chain.Based on existing research,the paper focuses on analyzing and comparing the principal-agent theory in the quality of product and service;quality management and supply chain management.Then it provides effective academic references for the field of SCQM in the future. |
