微生物学实验教学须遵循的五项基本原则

摘    要:随着我国教学改革的逐渐深入,如何提高微生物学实验课程教学是实验指导教师需要认真思考的问题,文章结合多年来微生物学实验教学的经验,认为只有把握"实验内容与专业特点相结合的原则","基本技能实验与设计性实验相结合原则","验证性实验与探求性实验相结合的原则","个体性实验与团体性实验相结合的原则"和"综合性实验与实验考试相结合的原则"以上五项原则才能真正培养学生的实验技能与创新能力。

Abstract:With the development of the reform in education,how to improve the teaching level of the microbiology experimental course is becoming more important for instructors.This paper attempts to demonstrate that training students' experimental techniques and innovative ability must be taken into account according to the following five fundamental principles:combining with experimental contents and specialty characteristics,combining with basic technique experiment and designing experiment,combining with validating experiment and exploring experiment,combining with individual experiment and team experiment,combining with comprehensive experiment and experiment test.
