| 摘 要： | 对中小科技企业产权交易市场的制度缺陷进行分析,通过国外产权交易市场组织模式的演变及发展趋势研究,在借鉴美国场外交易市场发展的基础上,结合我国构建多层次资本市场体系的需要,提出中小科技企业产权交易市场向区域性柜台交易市场转变的组织结构和发展模式选择,并通过案例研究说明其可行性.
