| 摘 要： | 要正确地认定黑社会性质组织犯罪,就必须认真研究黑社会性质组织犯罪的概念及其犯罪构成要件,准确把握黑社会性质组织犯罪与其他有组织进行的犯罪之间的联系和区别,严格区分组织、领导、参加黑社会性质组织犯罪与入境发展黑社会组织犯罪和包庇、纵容黑社会性质组织罪三者之间的界限.
