| 摘 要： | 为提高地方高校研究生的创新能力,本文结合计算机学科发展趋势和地方高校特点,针对交叉研究领域,在教学计划、导师指导、学术交流、联合培养等方面对研究生创新能力的培养模式进行了探索。经过多年的实践,研究生的培养质量有了显著提高。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the innovative ability of graduate students in local colleges and universities, the paper combines the development trend of computer discipline and the characteristics of local colleges and universities, aims at the crossing field of researching, and explores the training model of innovative ability for graduate students from the following aspects： teaching plan, professors＇guidance, academic communication, joint -cultivation, etc. Through practice for many years, graduate students＇training quality improves significantly. |
