| 摘 要： | 教学管理队伍建设是高等职业院校人才队伍建设的重要组成部分，建设一支高素质的教学管理队伍对提高人才培养质量至关重要。面对高等职业教育发展新要求，本文从加强教学管理队伍建设的必要性出发，分析了教学管理队伍建设存在的主要问题，提出了加强教学管理队伍建设的对策。
