| 摘 要： | 通过校园文化与企业文化差异性分析。提出在订单班组班、培养方案制定、教学实施、考核等方面加强校企文化互动，使学生在培养期间接受企业文化管理，促进校企文化融合，从而减少就业适应期，增加就业稳定性，达到学校、企业与学生三方共赢。
