摘    要:通过分析网络教育信息资源的主要利益相关者作用,同时利用层次分析法计算出各利益相关者体对网络教育信息资源建设的影响权重,发现在主要利益相关者中,政府和教师的权重最高,学校管理者次之,学生和家长亦有明显的影响。并提出强化政府统筹功能、发挥教师主体作用、加强学校管理评价、引入学生和家长参与的网络信息资源建设途径。

Abstract:This paper analyses the functions of the main parties interested of network education information resources, and uses AHP to calculate the weight of the influences of each party interested on the construction of network education information resources. The findings show that among them the government and teachers cover the highest;school administrators are intermediate while the students and their parents have evident effects. It finally puts forward some effective ways for the construction of network education information resources, such as strengthening the government’s coordinating function, giving full play to teachers, enhancing school management evaluation, and encouraging the joint participation of students and parents.
