| 摘 要： | 从文化人类学角度入手,以湖湘文化与湖南竞技体育的发展为案例,探讨区域竞技体育发展背后的文化源流.认为湖湘文化对湖南竞技体育的发展产生的积极效应有:舍生取义的胆魄锻造运动场上的"霸蛮"精神,经世致用的学风铸就金牌战略,在"女、小、轻、巧、水"项目上突破,走精品工程之路,敢为人先的"思变"孕育运动训练体制上的创新.负面影响有:经世致用之风产生的急功近利思想,导致对运动员的终极关怀缺失和对运动项目可持续发展规划不够,"楚才晋用"的狭隘人才观念使体育人才流失严重.启示:区域竞技体育的建设应发扬区域文化的积极效应、摈弃消极影响,区域竞技体育和区域文化在良性互动中共发展.
