新形势下高职学生的工匠精神培养——以湖北省为例

在社会人才需求不断变化的时代背景下,职业素质培养逐渐成为很多高职院校的核心人才培养目标,而工匠精神作为职业思维、品质、能力、操守的集中体现,也随之在高职教育领域受到了广泛关注。基于此,该文对高职学生工匠精神培养的必要性进行了简单分析,同时以湖北省某几所高职院校的相关实践为例,对培养高职学生工匠精神的有效策略展开了探讨,希望能够对新时期的高职教育发展提供一定借鉴。

Cultivation of the"Craftsman Spirit"of Higher Vocational Students under the New Situation:Taking Hubei Province as an Example

In the context of the ever-changing demand for talents in the society,professional quality training has gradually become the core talent training goal of many higher vocational colleges,and the craftsman spirit,as a concentrated expression of professional thinking,quality,ability,and ethics,has also received extensive attention in the field of higher vocational education.Based on this,this paper makes a simple analysis of the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students.At the same time,taking the relevant practices of several higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province as an example,it discusses the effective strategies for cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students,hoping to provide some reference for the development of higher vocational education in the new era.
