论中小学教师继续教育存在矛盾的化解

近年来,在科技兴国战略思想的影响下,伴随着终身教育深入人心,中小学教师继续教育事业在我国有了长足的发展,有力地推动了我国基础教育及教师队伍整体水平的提高。但是,在开展继续教育活动过程中也存在着几种突出的矛盾,限制了教师继续教育的发展。我们应对这些矛盾进行理性分析,找出化解的办法,这对改善中小学教师继续教育,提高培训的质量和水平具有现实意义。

Solution to Problems of Continuing Education of Teachers in Primary & Middle Schools

In recent years the continuing education of teachers in primary & middle schools has developed greatly under the influence of the strategy of national rejuvenation through science and education and with the further accepta nce of continuing education, which has strongly promoted China's basic education and improved the level of teachers as a whole. However, there exist some obviou s problems in continuing education which restricts the development of continuing education. We should make a reasonable analysis of the problems and find soluti on, which plays a realistic part in the improvement of continuing education of t eachers in primary & middle schools and the training quality and level.
