| 摘 要： | 以社会改革和发展为背景，采用个案研究、文献研究、调查访问相结合的方法，对我国体育院校运动系人才培养现状、存在问题与改革对策进行了深入探讨，找出了我国体育院校运动系在课程设置、培养方式、培养目标上存在的问题；分析了社会发展对高知层教练员的需求，国家运动员培养体制的改革对体育院校培养高学历、高文化素养的高水平运动员的需求；论证了体育院校办好运动系是教育改革和体育改革的需要，是体育院校办学特色的需要；剖析了“南体模式”和“吉体模式”；提出了改造后的体育院校运动系人才培养模式。
