| 摘 要： | 分析政府干预竞技体育发展的理论依据、我国政府干预竞技体育的必要性及内驱力，并与国外政府干预竞技体育模式进行了对比。认为，政府管理竞技体育没有统一的模式，中国政府干预竞技体育模式带有自己的特色，目前对竞技体育干预的要务是立足竞技体育法律构建、制度创新和政策支持，减少和消除竞技体育发展的制度障碍。
