珠江三角洲群众体育活动点的现状与对策研究

对珠江三角洲群众体育活动点的现状进行调查表明：活动点数量多、规模小、松散的管理形式；参与者的老龄化、女性化；活动频次多、时间长、项目简、健身性强；活动动机的多样化是其特点。中、青年少、场地条件差、缺乏技术指导及非物质消费观滞后是其存在的主要问题。对策：建立社区非经营性群众体育俱乐部、建立单位职工福利型体育活动中心、加强体育活动点的技术指导、加强示范点的示范作用和辐射功能。

Research on Present Condition and Countermeasures of the Mass Sports Activity Spots of the Pearl Delta

The authors have investigated present condition of mass sports activity spots of the Pearl Delta.Too many spots,small scope,loose management,senile participators,feminization,overtime,simple events are the features.The motives are diversified.Major problems are few middle age people and youngsters,poor conditions of fields,shortage of technical advisers and stagnant non substance consumption conceptions.Countermeasures of the authors are:establish non profitable community mass sports clubs and organize staff welfare model sports activity centers,strengthen technical guidance to the activity spots,enhance the demonstration and radioactive function of demonstration spots.
