钢帘线盐酸废水回用技术研究与应用

摘    要:钢帘线生产酸性废水中氯离子含量高,难以回用。文章研究了盐酸再生和中水回用技术,采用阴离子均相膜扩散渗析法处理钢帘线盐酸废水,并将研究成果应用于江苏兴达钢帘线股份有限公司九厂污水站的工程实践。实践表明,该厂盐酸用量减少42%,中水回用率保持在80%以上,年节约经济总值达到780万元,取得了良好的经济、社会效益。

Abstract:Because of the high content of chloride ion,it is difficult to recycle the steel cord wastewater.The anion exchange membrane diffusion dialysis(AEMDD) has been employed to recover and reuse the wastewater from steel cord pickling by hydrochloric acid.Based the results of pilot scale test,the technology of wastewater recycling has been applied to the steel cord wastewater treatment in the ninth factory of Jiangsu Xingda Steel Tyre Cord Co.,LTD.indicated that,the usage of HCl cut down about 42%,the intermediate water reusage ratio reached 80%,and years worth at saving the economy was about $7,800,000.So,it has achieved good economic and social benefits.
