| 摘 要： | 用薮北茶带腋芽的茎段作为外植体进行组织培养获得再生植株,并建立快速无性繁殖系.以MS为基本培养基,附加各种浓度的植物激素.试验结果表明,芽增殖培养基为1/2MS 1.0mg/L BA 0.2mg/L IBA;生根壮苗培养基为1/4MS 0.5mg/L BA 0.1mg/L IBA 0.01mg/L Al3 .

| Abstract: | : The clonal propagation of Yabukita is developed through culture of stem with lateral bud using MS basal medium with addition of different concentration of plant hormones.The results show that the best induction medium is MS 2.0mg/L BA ; proliferation medium is 12MS 1.0mg/L BA 0.2mg/L IBA ; induction of root is better for shoots in 14MS 0.5mg/L BA 0.1mg/L IBA 0.01mg/ L Al~(3 ). |
