高职院校旅游管理专业群基于能力本位课程体系的构建路径

摘    要:旅游管理专业群基于能力本位的课程体系建设遵循能力本位教育理论的一般规律,同时也加入了大量的本土化创新元素。青岛职业技术学院旅游管理专业群课程该体系构建的基础是对学生已经掌握的和他们应该掌握的能力进行分析。在课程体系建设实践中,旅游管理专业群参考DACUM方法,确定学生在某一领域已经掌握了哪些知识和能力,并对照他们应该掌握的知识和能力,找出二者之间的差距,从而判断学生的熟练程度,然后以此为根据来组织课程与教学。

Abstract:The curriculum system of the Competency-based Education(CBE) in specialty cluster of tourism management follows the routines of the CBE theories,as well as a lot of localized innovations.The basis of the curriculum system in specialty cluster of tourism management of Qingdao Technical College is the analysis of the competencies which the students have mastered and what they should master.In the practice of the curriculum system building,the specialty cluster of tourism management,with the reference to DACUM,determines what knowledge and competency the students have already mastered in a particular area,compares with the knowledge and competency which they should master thus to find out the gap in-between,to judge the students’ proficiency,and then to organize the curriculum and teaching as well.
