| 摘 要： | 大学文化是大学在弘扬办学传统基础上、在长期教学科研服务社会的实践中,形成和创建的具有本大学办学传统和特色的精神理念,这种精神理念具体体现在大学教学、科研以及管理过程中的各项规章制度、教学行为、物质环境和大学形象建设等各个层面中。创建优秀的大学文化,提升大学核心竞争力,需要提炼优秀的精神文化,积极进行制度文化的创新,倡导优秀的行为文化,建设与大学精神一脉相承的物质文化。
