| 摘 要： | 击剑运动训练计划和训练质量监控系统的设计主要遵循以下思路:训练计划的制订、分析和训练质量监控有机结合;通过记录运动员训练中的每次练习效果、得失分和有效练习(交锋)时间评定技战术训练质量。系统主要功能包括:运动员和对手的基础数据录入、周训练计划和课训练计划制订、训练计划量化分析和训练质量监控。以优秀运动员王敬之的一次日常训练课为例,运用该系统对其训练质量进行监控。

| Abstract: | The design of fencing training plan and quality control system adhered mainly to the following trains of thought: organic integration of working-out and analysis of training plans and control of training quality;assessing the quality of technical and tactical training though recording the effects of each exercise,points won or lost and the time of effective exercise(fighting) in fencers' training.The main functions of the system included inputting the basic data of each fencer and opponent,working out weekly and course training plans,quantitatively analyzing training plans and controlling training quality.Taking top fencer WANG Jing-zhi's session as a case,it used the system to control his training quality. |
