| 摘 要： | 由于在图书馆局域网大量使用P2P软件，造成网速时快时慢，对图书馆局域网的正常运行产生了不利影响。笔者为此探讨出一种在图书馆局域网中禁止BT下载行之有效的方法。同时也在技术层面上解决了通过BT下载带来的网络侵权问题。
