| 摘 要： | 沟通被认为是虚拟团队的关键成功因素(CSF)之一,虚拟团队的沟通主要依靠IT＆T技术来支持。本文通过分析沟通对虚拟团队成功的重要影响以及跨地域分布虚拟团队的沟通行为特征,从沟通同步性、地域分布、沟通者数量对比关系三个维度出发,对基于IT＆T的虚拟团队沟通技术进行了分类,并指出其各自的适应性。

| Abstract: | Communication is a Critical Success Factor (CSF) of virtual team, and the effective communications in virtual team need the support of Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T). By analyzing the important impact of communication on virtual team success, and the characteristics of communication in distributed virtual team, this paper presents a taxonomy of virtual team communication technology based on IT&T, and points out its applicability. Its dimensions are communication synchronization, geographical distribution, and the number of senders and receivers. |
