摘    要:民族地区学前教育发展的关键因素之一是师资队伍问题。当前民族地区学前教育师资存在的问题体现在学历、职称和社会待遇等方面。本文对民族地区学前教育师资中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了发展民族地区学前教育师资的有效对策。

Abstract:Teaching faculty is one of the key factors in the preschool development in minority areas.The problems existing in the teaching faculty of preschool education in the current minority areas lie in the aspects of education background,job title and social treatment.An analysis of the main problems is carried out to put forward the effective measures for developing the teaching faculty of preschool education in minority areas.
