| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以来，随着外贸准入门槛的大幅降低，温州对外贸人才需求趋旺，对外贸人才的要求也日渐提高，培养高层次外贸人才成为当务之急。本文结合温州外贸行业发展现状，通过对外贸企业岗位群的分析，提出了温州高职院校培养外贸专业人才的目标与建议。

| Abstract: | Since China's entry into WTO,the local government of Wenzhou has lowered the market access threshold greatly.Thus,there has been seeing a huge demand for high-quality foreign trade personnel in Wenzhou.Considering the present situation of Wenzhou foreign trade and based on the analysis of the post cluster in local enterprises,this paper advances some corresponding reforming suggestions on cultivating educated workforce. |
