"潮头"思考--关于我国职业体育俱乐部制改革的几点认识

本文在肯定体育俱乐部制度对于促进群众体育与竞技体育的协调发展，推进体育社会化和产业化方面所起的积极作用的同时，也对我国职业体育俱乐部制度改革中存在的问题提出了自己的看法，指出这种改革必须符合社会主义初级阶段的中国国情，必须与整个竞技体育的发展相互协调，必须与它所赖以生存的社会环境相融合。为此，作者犹如何完善我国职业俱乐部制度提出了几点具体对策与建议。

The Leading Tide:Some Viewpoints on the Reform in Our Professional Sports Clubs

While confindng the peitive role of sports clubs in promting the coordinative de- velopment of popular physical exercise and athletic op and boosting the socialization and commercialization of sports, the article analyses the problems existing in the reform of sports club system in our country, holding that the reform should be carried forward according to the special situation of our country in the initial stage of socialist systern and in harmony with the social environment and the development level of athletic sports as a whole. Furthermore, some concrete suggestions are put forward to perfect the sport club system in our country.
