| 摘 要： | 中国正处于社会转型时期,由于东、西部资源、自然等各方面因素,导致收入、分配差距在不断拉大,贫困问题作为中国最严重的问题之一,重视贫困问题,正视贫困根源,把握致贫原因,寻求合理的反贫困战略,树立长期反贫困的意识,制定科学有效的反贫困措施在当前尤为必要与重要。

| Abstract: | China is now locating a phrase which society is transferring. Because of the fact of resource in the east and west and nature, the difference in the income and distribution are enlarging incessant, which makes poverty the most serious question in China. It is necessary and important to attach importance to the question of poverty, envisage the root of poverty, grasp the cause of poverty, seek a reasonable tactic of anti - poverty, erect an extended consciousness of anti - poverty and set down a scientific and effect measure of anti - poverty now. |
