中国与英格兰、德国、比利时欧洲三国职业足球状况的比较

就我国与英格兰、德国、比利时欧洲三国职业足球状况进行了比较研究。结果表明 :1)国家足球队实力的基础是高水平职业俱乐部 ,英、德、比国家足球协会最成功的工作是在高度统一领导下 ,营造一个优良的足球环境或氛围。即普及与提高的有机结合。 2 )俱乐部是国家足球的组织细胞 ,它是普及与提高结合的最佳组织形式 ,其特征主要为 :社会化、职业化、企业化、商品化和国际化。 3)我国足球必须不断转换观念 ,吸收和借鉴世界职业化足球发达国家的经验 ,特别是欧美足球发达国家的先进经营方式和管理方法。4)结合我国实际情况 ,深化体制、机制和赛制的改革 ,进一步规范具有中国特色的足球俱乐部。

Comparison of Professional Football Status of China with that of England, Germany and Belgium

The professional football states in China and the three European countries, England, Germany and Belgium were compared. The results showed: 1. The most successful jobs of the national football associations in England, Germany and Belgium are to build the fine football environment or atmosphere under the leadership of high unification, namely the organic combination of popularization with the raising of standards. 2. Clubs are tissue cells of the national football teams. Club is the best organization form of the combination of popularization with the raising of standards. Their main characteristics are socialization, professionalization, commercialization and internationalization. 3. The concepts of football reform in China should be transformed. The professional football experiences of the developed countries of the world should be absorbed and used for reference, especially the advanced management fashion and administration methods of the European and American football developed countries. 4. Proceeding from the Chinese actual conditions, the reform of systems, mechanisms and competition systems should be deepened. And football clubs with the Chinese features should further be standardized.
