道德进步的逻辑——兼及市场经济条件下的道德抉择和道德建设

道德进步是一个从一种外在要求变成人的内在需要的过程。源于自然威慑的道德、源于社会契约的道德和源于人的内在需要的道德标志着人类道德从外在要求变成人的内在需要这一过程的三个不同发展阶段。在市场经济条件下，人们的行为是否遵从既定的道德规范，取决于在他们的价值观天平上，作为道德观念根据的价值与行为本身所带来的价值的比值。社会的道德建设是一个在道德行为方面谋求个人需要与社会需要统一的过程。这一过程包括通过教化引导人的需要和人性的发展以及通过操作完善规章制度两个基本层面。

The Logic of Moral Advance

Moral advance is a kind of course that the morals as external requirements of environment are turned into the inner needs of human individuals. As the deferent stages of this course, there are three kinds of basic morals: the one rooted in the overawes naturally, the one rooted in the society contracts and the one rooted in the inner needs of person. It depends on the ratio of the value on the basis of the morals and the value that the action itself brings about in terms of their sense of value whether the action of people obeys the certain kinds of ethics or not under the market economy condition. Moral construction is a course of seeking the unification of individual needs and society needs in moral action,which includes two basic dimensions: to perfect the rules and regulations by way of operating as well as to lead the development of human needs and human nature by way of enlightening by education.
