随着社会的进步、物质文明的发展,大学生抑郁问题也越来越多地受到人们的重视,如何正确认识引起抑郁的原因,以及具体的影响机制,国内外许多学者对此进行了大量的研究,积累了丰富的研究成果,对帮助大学生从容应对抑郁,进行深入研究具有十分重要的意义,基于此,对大学生抑郁研究现状作一综述,以期对此有一个较全面的了解。
