Independency is the core of the stock-issuing corporations based on which the operating quality of the stock issuing corporation is promoted.It is related to the issue not only that whether the stock-issuing corporation and stock market can maintain a sustaining and healthy development but also that whether the benefit of the investors can get effective protection.Viewing the current status of the independent operation of stock issuing corporation in Inner Mongolia,there exist problems concerning the independency of the stock-issuing corporation.It is necessary to enhance the ability of independence of the stock-issuing corporation from the aspects of the system,the system construction,corporation management and monitoring system.
